The following is a guide to asking any question on this board:

• Post the question in the SUBJECT line
  
• Be very SPECIFIC, saying things like "It won't work" do not tell us much at all
  
• If there is a URL to which another problem like yours has been resolved and it did not help you, please post it as well!
  
• Try not to post things, of which, you are screaming or using all CAPS in your posts. We will try our very best to help you with your problem.
  

The following are some things to be aware of when you post your question:

• We are not a professional business, this is just trial and error with us and with you.
  
• We will NOT give out any personal information of or but not limited to:
  
  • Email
    
  • Phone
    
  • Addresses
    
  • AIM, SKYPE, or any Instant Messenger
    
  
  
• Other members may try to answer your call for help! If they do please do not mock them and say things like "Oh that didn't work you stupid idiot!"
  
• Last but not least, try not to BUMP a thread for more than 24 hours after your have submitted your claim.
